Aaron is an incredible guy, goes above and beyond to explain and inspect for mold, very informative and knows what he's doing. Helped my inspect and collect samples, advised with best approach without trying to sell me a bunch if extra stuff. If you see any mold he is the man to fix for you, very reasonable pricing as well.
