Best eye care experience I’ve ever had, the staff was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I appreciated how much they all listened to my needs, answered all of my questions and showed care for the work they do for their patients.
Everyone at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Dr Jones appeared to be running late with his appointments but spent the time with me to explain the conditions in both eyes and what to expect in the future.
I was greeted warmly and welcomed back, as always, after three years at this office. My first visit to Dr. Nguyen was a great experience, and Krista, my optician, was excellent as well. Thank you for making me feel comfortable and well cared for.
