My 8 year old Hayward pool vacuum stopped working due to failed plastic parts. Jesse provided excellent customer service. He got the parts overnight was able to rebuild the pool vac rather quickly. When it cools down I will renistall it. Review to be continued…….
After buying my first house with a pool I was fairly clueless on how to properly maintain my equipment. The guys here are so thorough in helping customers understand their equipment and what products they need. I’ll never shop elsewhere (despite several shops being much closer to my house). Brady and Jesse are the best.
I contacted Pinch a Penny Pool Patio and Spa in November 2025, the owner Jesse, was out with in days.( I had been trying to hire another service since last August and could not get him to put me on the schedule! ) PAPPPS started the very next week and I couldn’t be happier with the weekly service, the response when I have a question or concern or the very fair price. My guy is Jordan, Jesse’s brother - I trust him completely. I highly recommend PAPPPS, you can’t get a more honest family owned business here in the east valley. This photo is 5 days after my weekly service! Still sparkling!
