The employees in this store went over and beyond. I highly recommend this store. I had to deep clean my DE filter for the first time. I took off the top, pulled out the grids to clean, took it apart to make sure everything was good. Once I was done cleaning, I couldn't get the grids to go back together like they should. I called Sun Devil and they said to bring it to the store and they would help me reassemble. After they showed me how to do it, I asked what I owed them, and they said no charge. This is a company with great customer service. Very friendly and polite. If I could give them 10 Stars I would.

We’ve been going to Sun Devil Pool Supply for years. They have great service and advice for our pool. I’ve never felt pressured to purchase chemicals or other items at their store and that is why we continue to use their services.

It was my first time owning a swimming pool, and I feel so fortunate to have stumbled upon this store. When I walked in, the staff was and professional. They took the time to outline the specifications of my pool, provided guidance on maintenance procedures, and answered a myriad of questions I had. Ultimately, based on their recommendation, we purchased our pool supplies, all at a very reasonable price. An unequivocal five-star review!
