Good Daily communication of progress. We took our big, stubborn (livestock guardian breed) dog to CharlieBar to get him to behave and integrate with our little dogs. I have done 1-hour-a-week training classes before but needed something better. After completing the 2-week program, he has not been mouthy and respects our space and doesn't pull on a leash. During the handoff session, we got clear instructions on what to expect and how to continue the training at home confidently. Rick and the team love what they do, and it shows. There was a time when my family and I went to Vietnam for three weeks, and knowing Rocky was in their care gave me so much peace of mind.
