Ricardo worked with both of my dogs — a Maltipoo and a Blue Heeler. My Blue Heeler was extremely reactive and difficult to manage, and after trying multiple trainers and different methods without success, Ricardo helped us immensely. Thanks to his training, I can now confidently take my dog to dog-friendly places, and his behavior has improved dramatically.
He also worked with my Maltipoo and incorporated trick training into her program. One of the most fun and unique things he taught her was a special command to retrieve ping pong balls during games with family and friends at our house.
The quality of care they provide is exceptional. The staff is educated, experienced with all breeds and behaviors, and the training produces lasting, visible results with clear and easy-to-follow guidance for owners. My dogs are always excited to go to Rick’s and see the staff, which says a lot about how well they’re treated there.
I also really appreciate the tailored care they offer during boarding and training stays. My dog absolutely loves the ball pit and pool activities they provide. I would highly recommend Rick and his team for any training needs, especially for reactive dogs.“
