Gabby at Pain & Wellness of Arizona gave one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I walked in not feeling good, and Gabby took me from restored to rejuvenated.
I love a firm massage with consistent pressure, and Gabby absolutely nailed it. She knew exactly when to flow in and out with the pressure, working intuitively through the areas that needed the most attention. It wasn’t just relaxing, it felt restorative and therapeutic.
You can tell she genuinely takes her time and cares about the healing process, not just getting through an appointment. Professional, attentive, skilled, and deeply in tune with her craft. I highly recommend Gabby to anyone looking for bodywork that truly makes a difference.

Idk what I would have done if it wasn't for Pain & Wellness. I found them in 2016 and have come in 1-2 a week almost every week! I've been to all the locations and always have a good experience. Best part is getting medical, chiropractic and massage care all in one place in one appintment! Gabby, Maria, Chelsea, and Andy are a few of my favorite massage therapists. I've learned so much about my chronic conditions, how to advocate for myself and so much more. Thank you!

I need to give the team a huge shout out! Everyone is super welcoming and in a lot of ways has become a family to me as I routinely come in weekly, but more recently had to have emergency appointments and the staff Garrett and Andy came in when I was in pinch thank you. My favorite therapist is Gabby, she always gives my back issues the extra TLC and duals as a talk therapist (though it’s likely unwillingly). I recommend this company because I have had back issues for the last decade and never when to anyone consistently, this is my Wednesday night routine!

PAIN AND WELLNESS OF AZ has helped me recovery so much! I’ve been to several pain clinic and they didn’t give me nearly the personal care as Pain and wellness has. All the Dr.’s are supper professional and really care. Every visit you get a good 20 min massage and stretch according to your needs. ACE the therapist at the Gilbert clinic is AWESOME! I left the clinic able to walk and wasn’t paidful to sit lafter my massage with him. Also, he really took the time too stretch me when I needed extra TLC They have multiple locations so it’s super convenient to get in at any location. I refer Pain and wellness if Arizona to all my family and friends!

I love this place. I could literally jump for joy after going here. The doctor visits. The chiropractor services. The massages. The staff. All of it is top notch. It was the first time in years I got a proper diagnosis for my pain. Although I had to see another specialist to fix my issue I’m so incredibly thankful to Pain and Wellness. I fully recommend them

I have had nothing but great experiences with every member of their staff! They are real, genuine, caring, experienced individuals. I had an extraordinary experience with Ace, one of the massage therapists! He was the best! After throwing my back out, he used many effective stretching techniques to get me back to moving normally! He went above and beyond and spent the time needed. Thank you Ace!

Staff was friendly when i visited. Clean building. I felt better after four visits.My only complaint is that i request my medical records in August 0f 2023 and it was explainwd to me my records are in storage.I understand that takes time but 5 months is too long to wait. I feel im actively being denied my records since the Owners have not contacted me to give me a status update (after 5 months).I will now request them in writing and maybe that will help.
