I spun my wheels with another medical group for 18 months trying to get a little relief from growing pain in my shoulder. I met with the OSPI team and Dr. Clouse and couldn't be happier! Even despite running late to one of my appointments, I have never had a long wait in the waiting room. Having already exhausted treatment options such as cortisone injections, physical therapy, etc we were able to proceed to the surgical options directly. I had my procedure on August 2nd and was back to work 2 days later! Physical therapy is now outsourced and I couldn't be happier with OSPI's recommendation there either. I have been a patient of Dr. Nilsen for several years. He recently moved from San Tan Valley to Gilbert. We're very happy that we found him again as he is awesome! He has done a knee and both hips on me and his skills and follow through have been great! I have recommended him to others and will continue doing so.

Had a knee replacement, the PT team are excellent. Over last 10 years have visited more than 5 PT places OSPI are by far the best. Very professional always tweaking the program in response to how my body is that week. They are real professionals they know what they are doing. Highly reccomend them.
