We are approaching retirement and decided it was time to downsize. We found a house that we had to put an offer in on quickly. We did not get prequalified before looking. Joe Garza with Olympus loans was our first call to get the pre-qualification and instantly gets our realtor a letter so we could put an offer in on time. That was a very short time ago and we are already living in the new home. Joe made the process simple and smooth. We used Joe in the past and no one could beat his rates or customer service. We will never use anyone else and highly recommend him.

I cannot say enough about Joe and Pete. I actually had an issue on my end and Joe and Pete did Everything they could to make this process as smooth as possible. If I would’ve been with anybody else, I don’t think this would’ve gone through. I appreciate them getting me in my dream home and having the patience with me and being nothing but professional during the entire process.
