Horrible practice. The office staff do not return messages or complete prescription refills. I constantly have to call to remind them and I am told that they are "understaffed" or have a backlog of orders to process.

I've had my fair share of issues with this place, and it's been mostly waiting longer AFTER my appointment times and a few payment issues, but that's not what this is about. The ladies upfront are nice as well, but my review is mostly for my doctor, Ali Settles. I absolutely love my doctor so much and because of her I will not go somewhere else. She takes the time to make sure to go over everything I brought up. She listens to me and genuinely seems like she cares. I've never had a doctor like Ali before and I'm thankful to have someone who actually cares working in healthcare. She will ask about all potential treatments instead of just throwing one at you and making you settle for it. She asks what would be better/more comfortable for you. She doesn't push meds on you, but instead asks if certain ones might help or not. If you're looking for a new doctor, I highly recommend Ali, just do beware of wait times when going in and be prepared to be there for longer. Otherwise this place is great.

Spouse and I have been patients for 8+ years. The quality of care at this practice has hit the bottom. We continued on for 3-4 years too long, as changing primaries is a hassle. The turnover in PA is unbelievable (or not, considering...), we've had 4 new PAs in 3 years because they don't stick around there! We finally had enough when we sought out a specialist and they recommend we find a new primary, stat. We left and found an amazing practice. It definitely opened my eyes to how bad it is at IPC. I highly don't recommend walking through their doors. Have many, many examples of poor care, prescribing meds without monitoring, etc. It's so sad because this used to be an incredible practice.

This place is an absolute embarrassment I wish I could give zero stars. They go through care providers like candy. Each care provider worse than the last. The office staff is ridiculous. They are a fraudulent company and I wouldn't go back here is I was dying. Whatever you do, do NOT seek care at this place. They will screw you over, make false promises, never return phone calls, and NEVER resolve issues that are their fault. Seriously, seek care anywhere else

I love the providers that I see but the office is run terribly. There is always a wait but today after waiting for 30 mins I asked how much longer it was going to be and was told another 20-30 mins. I asked why they didn't call patients to inform them that a provider was out resulting in everyone being an hour behind. They didn't have any answers so they grabbed the manager. I had another appointment to get to and they could not get me in sooner, had nothing more available this week and were out of office the following week. I was not told about the wait, not even when I arrived. To expect people to wait an hour to be seen and not even let them know is insane!

Myself and members of my family have seen Dr. Levitt for years and could not be more pleased with the level of care from her and her staff. I am a walking assortment of autoimmune conditions and thus not an easy patient. I feel like my doctor actually knows me and always takes the time to listen and there is none of that "take a number, wait, and the Dr. will give you your Z Pack" mentality that permeates in modern medicine. I also appreciate that she uses a both naturopathic as well as "western medicine" without being dogmatic about either methodology. I have read the negative reviews here and they seem to center around office organization. Have I personally had miscommunications or frustrations with the office? Sure I have. I will settle for a few rare administrative frustrations if the trade off is getting to see a doctor that actually cares, listens, and spends time with their patients. Chaotic offices have become the norm. A quality primary care doctor is as rare as hens teeth these days.

I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment and was told I could not be seen. Apparently they needed me to fill out some paperwork. No one had told me this was necessary despite my having booked the appointment twice (I had had to cancel the first one). The paperwork consisted of some yes/no answers and could easily have been completed prior to my appointment in much less than 15 minutes, but I was not given that option. I was told I was wrong, the staff always required patients for this appointment to come in early. Rather than trying to accommodate me for their error I was told to go away and that I was wrong - not them. Given that this wasn't the first time that this office has shown that it is extremely poor at communicating and showing that they care I am now going to find another provider.

Darlene makes her patients feel small and unintelligent. She is clearly money hungry, and too busy to really take the time to speak with new patients about concerns and solutions. She pushes vaccines and doesn't take questions seriously. She is a know it all.

Very disappointed disorganized office with poor communication internal with office staff. I always left not feeling heard. Visit summary I'd read on line with information never given to me. Just copy and paste to fulfill whatever the office was billing so it match a code!!

Really disappointed. Showed up @ appointment time and then not their 30 minutes early requested time for paperwork and "extras" thought it was filled out and ready to be given to them they didn't care.
