This team is personal and professional and amazing at the job they do. Their quotes are spot-on, their knowledge and expertise in doing what they do is unparalleled. We had a couple of weird little funky things to tackle like spilling a partial bottle of shampoo on the carpeting and they fixed it! I recommend them whenever I can. Ramon and his son did an outstanding job cleaning the carpet and tile in my stepmom's home, but what impressed me most was Ramon himself. He took the time to explain how to properly care for newer carpet and hard floors, including why soap residue can build up over time—something no one else, not even our carpet installers, had ever explained. Phenomenal family run business!
I had tried cleaning a dried coffee stain with a Bissell machine, and to my horror, somehow spread the stain and made it way worse.
I truly thought the carpet was going to need to be replaced.
Thankfully, we had several recommendations for Mustang Carpet and Tile cleaning from neighbours, and I thought I’d give them a call; I am so grateful I did!
