“Of course I received updates on ETA but unable to read them as my phone was unusable. The broken screen caused it to black out and power button wasn't working. And he was an hour late. But repaired it quickly. That bothered me a bit too because he did the repair in his van, so idk if my info was copied or not. It does look brand new. .I think I would prefer repair work more open/transparent.It was nice they came to me. And Asurion covered the cost.“
