I was greeted by service provider Fernando. Fernando was very attentive and communicated very well with me. They were super busy before Memorial Day but he took the time to help me understand the services that would be performed on my car and how long it would take. When I returned to pick up my car he actually had the car parked outside his office and walked me to my car. Yes, I am a senior citizen and I didn’t want to have to go hunt for my car on the lot.

I recently brought my 2024 Chevy Silverado to Freeway Chevrolet in for service, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Cade was exceptional from start to finish. He kept me updated throughout the process, explained everything clearly, and made sure I knew exactly what was happening with my truck.

I always love coming here, the staff is great and make the process so easy. Bailey especially was very kind, I hate going in for oil changes but she was super friendly and personal- made me feel super comfortable!!
