I absolutely love Kelly's. I came here a few times in college and it was always an amazing experience. After moving to Phoenix, I had hoped to find a salon I loved in my new area. But after MANY underwhelming experiences at different salons around me, I've finally returned to Kelly's and I'm so glad I did. The staff are so unbelievably friendly. I arrived about 30 minutes early due to a short work day and because I made my appointment for a Friday, I was expecting to wait at least some time to get in the chair but they took me back almost immediately. I’ve been coming here regularly and always leave happy! The quality of work is consistently excellent. Lily is especially amazing—she’s fast, but my nails always turn out perfect and beautiful. I get so many compliments! Highly recommend this place if you want great nails and efficient service.
