Dr. Oliver and all of the other vets are fantastic. My fur baby had surgery recently and Dr. Oliver called me himself to make sure that I understood what was happening and what would happen going forward. I was kept in the loop without having to ask. I know my boy is in great hands with the staff here and I feel comfortable here. Thanks for everything that you do Higley road pet clinic!
We were only able to visit twice before my sweet girl passed, but this is hands down the most caring Vet's office I have ever been to. Everyone we came in contact with was patient and kind. They worked us into their schedule when it was her time and even though they were seemingly fully booked that day, allowed us to take our time saying goodbye.
I definitely recommend bringing your pet here for any health concerns. I have been coming here for years for my dog who has been through a lot with his health. Dr. Oliver and his staff are always so kind and have helped my dog Brock get through any issue. Dr. Oliver genuinely cares for his patients and is so great at communicating and calling back even after hours to make sure your pet is doing okay and to answer any questions. It really means a lot when you are going through a lot with your pet and their health concerns. You and the staff are the best! Thank you!
