I don’t get my nails done very often, but when I do, I really like it done the way I want it and before going to herbal nails, I went to another nail salon and my nails looked like a complete mess. I went to herbal nails, hoping that my nails would look a little bit better before my trip to Florida and they did the job right I will definitely be going back there.
I came in today for a removal and a new set, and I'm so happy with it. Cindy was my nail tech and she was amazing—super kind, professional, and detail-oriented. She took her time with the shape and design, made sure everything looked perfect, and didn’t rush the appointment at all. What really stood out was the little extra care—she even included a quick hand massage at the end, which most places don’t bother with anymore. The overall quality of service and the atmosphere of the salon made me feel really comfortable, and I felt confident tipping well because it was truly worth it. EDIT: I came in yesterday to get my nails done. I had an appt at 1pm. Wellll my crazy brain got the days mixed up, but instead of turning me away and telling me to come back tomorrow when my actual appointment was made, Nina offered someone else to do my nails. I was soooo appreciative!!! Of course I LOVE the way Nina does my nails the most BUT all of the staff in there are incredible. I walked out with my nails done beautifully by Alva AND my daughter got her nails painted too. It was a little girls trip to the salon! 💅🏽 We both walked out very happy! These pictures are a mix of Nina’s work and some of the other ladies too!
