Clay our technician was awesome. He explained everything that he was doing. He did extra work. He checked the pressure from the street and the pressure in the house to make sure it was within range. Cleaned everything. He left his work area spotless. Will recommend Gold Star plumbing to all our neighbors and family and friends.

Mike Malone came out to service my reverse osmosis system and did an amazing job. Had issues with not enough water coming out and they were able to quickly assess the problem and remediate it. They were also really informative explaining the issue and why it happened. Great company I have had them out multiple times now for various things. Will always be using them for any plumbing services I require.

Bottom line: my experience with gold star we very good. From start to finish. What I liked best was that they were more than willing to answer my questions and explain everything to me. They understood this is my home and were happy to explain things. They were friendly, and they left the place in better condition than when they showed you.
The long version: I could not be happier with the service that was provided. I just happened to see my water heater leaking, picked one of the many services that came up in a Google search, and wow did I pick correctly.
