I recently had to have a crown placed on a cracked tooth, which was a big deal for me because I have a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist. Because of that, I kept putting it off. But I finally got the courage to go, and I’m so glad I chose Gilbert Dental Center. From the moment I walked in, the experience was fantastic. The front desk staff made check-in smooth and welcoming, and both the dental assistant and Dr. Justin Frost were phenomenal. I explained my anxiety to them, and they were incredibly understanding and supportive. The whole office is very nice and cordial as soon as you walk in you feel good. They are definitely confident and knowledgeable about their work. I trust them completely. I would definitely let my family and friends know about Gilbert dental center.
I have gone to GDC for probably 10+years..
Even with staff changes over the years..I have never had a bad experience..Today's crown replacement was as pleasant as all other times..everyone is always welcoming and professional..
Also communication and notifications by text are a plus for me..
