Super relaxing for stress relief. I have been prescribed massage for muscle tension type headaches due to stress... Mia helped me today well beyond what I expected. Very happy! Just what the doctor ordered. Office staff wonderful as well.

I am walking to my car now and had to stop to make a review! This was by far the best and most thorough massage I've gotten in many years! The therapist was strong, knowledgeable about problem areas based on tension and was a MASTER reflexologist. This is the only place I'm going in the Phoenix area. I was moved to tip generously! I've been searching for 2 years - I've found my spot for deep massage and Thai therapy combo. #Exhale

Great spa, and body massage for athletes and regular folks. They are very professional, skilled, and friendly. I highly recommend this place. It was a very nice experience and I will definitely come back. Thank you! If you're uncomfortable with your body and don't want a physically connected experience (taking cloths off or overly sensitive about your body) do not come here cause you will not be able to handle the experience. I love this place and fits my needs.
