“I wanted to commend the recent experience my wife and I had working with Alliance Flooring Sales and Britton Engelmann. As a sales rep myself, I hold a pretty high, albeit fair, standard for sales and service experience. While I am quick to complain about poor service, I also like to recognize excellent service. Excellent is barely sufficient to describe our experience with Britton. Throughout the entirety of the process, from initial measurements and consultation to modified proposals, to dropping off several samples before offering larger samples of the preferred tile, to communicating project timelines to patience with details on layout, to attentiveness and coordination between other trades and move-in deadlines, to even patience with some final details associated with the baseboards. At every stage of the process, Britton was prompt to communicate and always provided assurances we did not even necessarily request or know we needed. She is a true professional and we will proudly refer Alliance Flooring, but specifically Britton, to anyone who has tile or flooring needs. We could not have been happier with our floors, and we are grateful that she was there throughout the process. While I am praising Britton, I should also say we were quite pleased with the tile/flooring crew. They absolutely crushed the layout and nailed the installation. “I would've given 20 stars if I could've! Arizona Hardwood is a class act company all the way! We purchased a fully decorated model home in Queen Creek and upon moving in, we found the existing blonde herringbone hardwood floor to be damaged by water damage, gouging and fading in many areas. Once "Jacob" came out to assess the damages and the possibility of repair, we decided to replace the entire 5000 square feet of herringbone hardwood with Luxury Vinyl Plank, which we selected from the Arizona Hardwood Showroom in Gilbert. Since we enjoy pets and grandchildren, we thought the durability of the LVP would be the best choice. Working with both "Jacob" and "Jason" throughout the entire process was truly WONDERFUL! He was "Johnny on the spot" with returning both calls and emails and was always happy to come out to the house whenever needed or requested. This was a BIG PROJECT that involved pulling up 5000 square feet of hardwood floor, which was literally glued to the foundation and replacing it with LVP -- Such a MESS!!! I was told it would take about 2 weeks to complete the job but it only took 1 week. The guys working in my home were super friendly and professional. They payed careful attention to detail in every aspect and took the time to help to minimize the dust throughout the house. The floors turned out ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS!! And they are exactly what we wanted. It just doesn't get any better than Arizona Hardwood! They are the best in quality and workmanship and their prices are extremely fair! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! **“
