Janelle is such a talented brow tech! She’s very personable and makes you feel comfortable right away. You can tell she genuinely enjoys what she does and cares about her clients. She took her time shaping my brows and paid great attention to detail to make sure everything looked perfect. The results were amazing and my brows have never looked better. Booking was simple and convenient, and my appointment started right on time. The studio itself has a lovely atmosphere. It is very clean, well organised, and immediately makes you feel comfortable and at ease.
Janelle was exceptionally kind and caring in her approach. She carried out her work with great professionalism and has an incredibly gentle touch. I had my upper lip and chin waxed, as well as my eyebrows shaped and tinted, and the entire process was smooth and comfortable.
