I cannot express how helpful Falconer Funeral Home was the last several weeks after my dad's passing. Losing a loved one is difficult, but they made the process easy to understand and executed with care and sensitivity the entire time. Sean, the director, assisted with my father’s cremation plans, and the entire process was smooth, respectful, and handled with genuine care. This was my first time navigating cremation arrangements, and Sean made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel comforting and manageable. He was compassionate, professional, and extremely communicative—something that is so important during such a difficult time.
