Customers are very pleased and would highly recommend Elite Pro Services for air conditioning repair and other needs.
I use Elite Pro Services for all my plumbing, HVAC, & Electrical needs & I refuse to go anywhere else. I called Semper Fi HVAC 1st when my AC went out & the technician told me it would cost $2700 + whatever parts he needed costed. I told him I was getting a second opinion & called EPS & they sent a technician out the very next day who was able to fix my AC for $750. That’s over a $2000 difference! Since that experience I have used them many times for all the services they provide. They have a wonderful staff who actually care & when you call the office Amanda, Natalie, or Anna will take care of you (They even answered the phone at 9PM once when my AC went out at nighttime,...read full review
Gonzalo came out to look at our AC unit that was malfunctioning. While he was out he checked the other one and helped to make sure that everything was good to go for the summer. He was on time and very respectful. Would highly recommend
Mac and Trey were very professional and patient with me. It amazes me how thorough and efficient they are in what they do. I would highly recommend them if ever in need of air conditioning repair.
