The team is wonderful, responsive via email and text messages, and always lets customers know what is happening. They arrived on time and completed great plumbing work. The field workers are very knowledgeable and helpful. The company provides a fair price and good service, with superb customer service. They are understanding and easy going. Customers were impressed with the immediate response and prompt action plan to address plumbing issues. The plumbers were very on time and very professional. Customers would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone building or remodeling a pool.
We had a few issues on our end with our pool and Missy took care of us and always responded and let you know what was happening. Their in the field workers are very knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely a company that stands behind their work!

A year ago, our pool company subcontracted with Duncan Plumbing to do the plumbing in our new pool. This summer, we encontered an issue with the pool salt cell and we reached out to our pool builder but they were going out of business and were not very helpful. We reached out to Drew from Duncan.
