I had two really magnificent professional experiences. One with the associate Jannette who helped me with the two frames I picked and making sure my prescription would be manufactured correctly and also I had a incredible associate helped me once my glasses were ready and she adjusted and created the perfect fit on both pairs and she was absolutely seamless and that was Stacey. A wonderful professional and extremely great at her profession. Thank you both both of these great associates.
Just got my eye exam and I was ready to pick out my new frames! The customer service at this location was fantastic! Shout out to Jeanette, Kyle and especially Destiny! They know the meaning of customer service😄
I have been a Costco Business Executive member since 1998 and was very happy with the service and quality of the products. But I was very dissatisfied with the quality of the fresh Alaskan salmon I bought recently. I opened it the next day after my purchase, and it has a fishy, unpleasant smell. I have to throw it away. Of course, I know I could return it, but I did not have the time to go to the store again. I had the same experience with a packaged shrimps, not frozen but in the refrigerator section.
