However, the quality of some Costco products, such as fresh Alaskan salmon and packaged shrimp, has been a concern for some customers. They have reported unpleasant smells and had to discard the items. Despite these issues, Costco is described as a community hub, where the staff goes the extra mile to make customers feel valued. At one location, the general managers, Bob and Ernie, surprised a customer celebrating a birthday by providing free ice cream and leading a birthday song with other employees, creating a memorable experience. Overall, Costco Optical Department offers a mix of positive and negative experiences, with exceptional customer service balancing out concerns about product quality.
I am the never write reviews guy, BUT, I have never received such great customer service from both the attendants at the counter to the receptionists in the office to two separate optometrists who have been so gracious and giving with their time. I continued to get help until we got the prescription absolutely nailed after 15 years of not wearing contacts, it was a difficult process. Thank you so much to all involved at Gaze.

I have seen her for routine eye exams plus an issue about my eye health. She helped dial-in my vision with new contacts and revised my prescription effectively eliminating my need to wear readers.

We have been using the facility since they opened up in Gilbert. Always appreciate the excellent customer service by the entire team. Gaze Optometry is great to work with for scheduling appointments, diagnosis, prescriptions and Dr. Nicole is patient and caring. It never feels like a chore when we visit.
