He spent over an hour with me, patiently discussing next steps and easing my anxiety. Even when it seemed like I had no choice but to wait for the Botox to wear off, they went above and beyond—offering a heat treatment for my eyelid and prescribing eyedrops that worked better than Upneeq. I’m deeply grateful for their genuine care during a stressful time, especially when they expected nothing in return. I can’t wait for my upcoming facial and future visits!

Update to my prior review... they did finally call and apologize and squeezed me in at the end of the day to complete my service, which was appreciated since I have my engagement photos next week and was really bummed.
