The two plumbers from Colton & Sons Plumbing Co. put in extra effort to make sure my water heater tank was fully cleaned, checked, and working right, even though it took longer than expected and i know it was their last service call of the day in Gilbert. They were both very professional, hard working, and careful with the plumbing system, and they took the time to explain what they found so i felt confident the job was done right. The price stayed exactly the same as the quote from the lady on the phone, $265, even though they had to spend extra time troubleshooting and making sure everything was in good working order. After calling several plumbers on a Saturday afternoon, this was the only plumbing company that returned our call and scheduled us for the next morning.
