Words cannot express how much I am grateful for Ricardo and his team taking our five dogs while we went out of state for Thanksgiving. I was worried for a moment, leaving my dogs with someone new and especially finding someone to train them. Ricardo and everyone really put my mind at ease while I was in another state and getting those daily updates and seeing how much they’ve grown. They will definitely be back in the summer for more training as I feel like I have found someone that I can trust with my dogs. Ricardo is an outstanding trainer who goes above and beyond to make sure every dog reaches their full potential and every owner feels confident in continuing and building on the training at home. His methods focus on training the mind rather than just the body, which makes the results incredibly effective and long lasting as long as the work is maintained. His facility is clean, well kept, and supported by a dedicated staff who genuinely care for both the dogs and the space itself. We can’t thank Ricardo and the entire team at CharlieBar enough! It’s been a month since our 4-year-old rescue, Angus, completed his 3-week board and train—and we can confidently say we have a completely transformed dog. When we adopted Angus, an American Bulldog, he was extremely reactive, had zero impulse control, and was tough to manage. Walks were stressful—he would bark, lunge, and completely lose it around other dogs. Recall was non-existent, and previous trainers had little success with him.
