I absolutely LOVE my color! Caroline was so patient and open to communications in preparation for my appointment so we both knew we were on the same page before she began. I showed her multiple photos and she told me her expert ideas. And when I left I was floating on Cloud nine! It was perfect. She is as sweet as she is talented, such a great personality. Thank you Caroline!UPDATE: I love how soft and healthy my hair feels, 4 days later even!

I had an absolute wonderful experience today! My hair turned out amazing. I am so in love. I wanted a dark mocha Carmel ombre and she delivered. I will definitely be a returning customer. Caroline is so sweet and friendly it was so nice getting out and having a good time.

I wanted a haircut with long layers and discussed not wanting my hair to come to a point at the end. I also wanted blonde highlights and we talked about adding some red into my hair as well.She was backed up on her appointments and I feel as though she was rushing. I left with wet hair and when my hair dried I was able to see the results.My hair came to a point at the end, some of the blonde highlights were yellow, and I had uneven globs of red. I asked for a refund and was denied. I gave Caroline the opportunity to get me into her schedule to fix this mess and did not hear back from her.Very disappointing.Service: Haircut
