As a business owner myself- I know things will not be perfect. Weather will cause delays, construction will always be a gamble with unexpected troubleshooting, supplies may be out of stock, and there may be issues with equipment upon startup! With that being said, we are all finished with our backyard project! I contacted several pool companies, Jason Anderson with Caribbean Pools was the only one to respond within 24hrs (with 3D design options, based on the address! ?) He gave estimated pricing and designed the entire job virtually. Caribbean Pools recently completed our pool project, and the entire process was exceptional! We began by meeting with Kyler, who was not only personable but also highly knowledgeable and patient. He took the time to listen to our ideas and effectively translated them into a detailed 3D presentation. Kyler was attentive to our feedback and ensured the final design matched our vision. There was absolutely no sales pressure at any point, which made the entire pool building experience wonderful from start to finish. The owner, Brian, was also awesome to work with! We recently had our pool installed by Caribbean and the entire experience was great from start to finish. A huge shoutout to Jake who helped us design the project and bring everything to life. He was super knowledgeable, patient, and made sure every detail was just right before work even began.
Once design was finalized and work began, every team who had a part in our install was extremely professional and efficient. We couldn’t be happier with the result.
The scheduling team was also amazing — Brittany and Kathi. I had so many questions/schedule preferences and they were so helpful and got back to me the same day.
