As a business owner myself- I know things will not be perfect. Weather will cause delays, construction will always be a gamble with unexpected troubleshooting, supplies may be out of stock, and there may be issues with equipment upon startup! With that being said, we are all finished with our backyard project! I contacted several pool companies, Jason Anderson with Caribbean Pools was the only one to respond within 24hrs (with 3D design options, based on the address! 🤯) He gave estimated pricing and designed the entire job virtually. We then scheduled a day for him to come over and confirm all measurements, final quotes, etc. He even re-designed a few things to SAVE me money! Contract signed late July Construction began late August Project completed late November Britney & Kathi with scheduling was also very helpful with updates and questions.

I had come by the office to look in person and Brian happened to walk by. He graciously took the time to go over various options, and gave me the tools and information I needed to make a choice that we were happy and confident with. She was always responsive to any questions and ensured we knew who would be on-site and when. Her professionalism and organization made the process seamless. Fred, the on-site superintendent, was also great to work with. Being that this was our first time putting in a pool, we had questions and concerns every now and then and Fred was always quick to address them, and come out when needed. Fred's expertise and professionalism was much appreciated! I understand this may not be the case for every project, but Caribbean Pools completed our pool a full month ahead of schedule! Our experience with Caribbean far exceeded our expectations.
