This location is by far the best! The staff Dr Meng Jeff, Autum and everyone are so caring and very compassionate when it comes to our pets. They helped me with the passing of my baby recently and totally understand my pain. I thank them all for taking good care of my baby Gio these past 11 years. Adding to this post - Zoey, my girl, was on Banfields plan for almost her entire life, which was a huge reason to her long life of 16 years. The plans do have fine print that is important to read however it gave constant discounted access to the vet. I would have one off experiences and sometimes would get a second opinion throughout her life span but for the most part, 95% of my experience's were positive. The Highly location in particular was her go to location and was always amazing to work with. I always called it her ‘spa’ session cause she knew she’d always come out feeling better when we left.
