I had the best experience at Hormone Balance Center. Kelly was absolutely amazing. She took time, listened and made me feel like I was speaking to a friend about issues that are difficult to talk about. She heard all my concerns and I left the office with a solution to my issues. Thank you Kelly, you are truly one of a kind.

I walked in to make my first appointment and to my surprise, the friendly receptionist explained the first step would be to fill out new patient forms and draw blood. I thought I would need to go somewhere else for the blood work but they do it in the office. I did not need to make a separate appointment for it. I filled out the forms and they immediately took to me back for the blood work. Excellent customer service!

I found this center online after having a bad experience else where so I came with reservations. From checking in to exiting, the staff was very friendly. Dr. Rago was wonderful. He spent quality time with me explaining my blood work, discussing all my options for services to meet my needs. He has a wonderful disposition and showed that he cared for his patients. I highly recommend him and the office.
