In addition to deep tissue work, Stefanie performed E+ therapy on me as well. The results were amazing! She explained each step of the process and asked questions of me to help her understand where to focus. She is a skilled and knowledgeable therapist!.

It's really crazy this woman doesn't have more reviews. She's certainly not your average massage therapist. There aren't too many things you can spend money on inside the sphere of health and wellness where you get a guaranteed immediate return on your investment, but this is a great example of one. The night of my first session I definitely slept better than I would have otherwise, and woke the next day with a distinct feeling of detoxification and kind of a rebalancing of my nervous system.
