I spoke with Chad about my pool pump, thinking it was out of warranty. He was kind enough to point out to me that the model I have has a year longer warranty than the other models. He pointed me to the Hayward website and my pump is being replaced at no charge. Chad saved me a lot of money with no gain to himself. This kind of honesty is greatly appreciated. Thank you, Chad!

Perfection!! Quick to respond to request for service. Called on Monday. Came out Tuesday for estimate,job completed by Thursday!! I needed tile cleaning which require pool draining. Kenny and Matt did an excellent job. Professional yet personable. Would hire this company again in heartbeat if I needed any work done. Thank you also to Chad and Jason for for quick responses for service.
