Johnny was easy to talk to on the phone, even better is he took the initiative to investigate my issue further and found exactly what I needed by the time I arrived at the store. A++ in my book.

Unfortunately, the finance company SunBelt uses put the loan under my personal credit after I asked representatives at Sunbelt if financing would be under by business credit and they said yes. Sheffield Financial is who they use and they do not do business loans so beware. They only put your business name on the loan and use personal credit reporting.
This loan was put under my personal credit now.
If I would have known I would have not financed that way. I am very disappointed and now I am going to pay off the loan in full but that being said I just wasted $500-600 to buy down the loan interest. I am very disappointed with Sunbelt for not being properly informed about the financing options. I will not be using this company in the future.

I work for a plumbing company and had to pick up a bigger excavator for a job we had going on. Ron was the one helping me load up and he was awesome! He was quick to hook everything up but definitely made sure safety was his number one concern. 10/10 recommend sunbelt and especially Ron!

I love A To Z Gilbert. I've been renting from then since 1982 when they had a location on Indian School.
I'm not a fan of Sunbelt. I give only A to Z 5 stars and would give 10 if it was possible. Other location owed by Sunbelt I give a one. If I could I would give a zero to the Chandler location. Call center never gets any questions answered right.

So myself and others who know use the A to Z store for the best care. Please Sunbelt think about having the old A to Z original employees training the rest of the company. Remember just because you were big and move well known it didn't mean you were better. Double your business by giving a A to Z format to the rest of the company. History has shown the best and worst possible paths. Follow the best.

Very good they had what I needed price was reasonable.

We rented a sewer camera from the website and it told us it was going to be $324 when we get here there was $100 of hidden fees and a $200 deposit that wasn’t disclosed either. They said when we return the equipment will get our $200 back but it is just annoying and upsetting to have that much unexpected fees. If you are renting maybe call and confirm the price.
