One of my two (10 yr plus old) Trane air-conditioning unit’s capacitor failed In the oven heat of June’s mid afternoon.
My husband had used Shadrach Plumbing and Cooling for a plumbing issue in the past and liked their service attention to detail. He suggested I call them.
Chrissy answered the phone and was so helpful. She found a way to send a service tech out that same day.
The service tech (Gage) arrived when he said he would, was pleasant, professional, and knew his stuff.
He was willing to let me observe his work and answered every question I asked, in helpful detail.

Of course AC issues happen when you have company over. Called Shadrach after hours and within an hour they came out to my house and had my house nice and cool again. Cory was my technician and he was absolutely amazing. Definitely a five star recommendation!!
Shadrach is a very professional plumbing outfit, all the way down the line from the secretaries to the plumbers. Louis My plumbing technician Is the best in the business? I would not use anybody else. He's that good, Very professional, and most of all very honest. I would recommend this outfit tenfold!
