Trish gave me a beautiful manicure yesterday. She helped me decide on what I wanted including picking the perfect color for me. I love this nail spa and would highly recommend them. I will be back!❤️

one of the worst pedicures I've ever had. Technician never asked what Pedicure I wanted. Cut the end of my nail bed so short it bled. A day after the pedicure both big toes have chips in the nail polish. Would not go back.

I believe the owner did a new set of pink and white acrylic nails for me. She went so fast and several nail tips were glued on crooked which made for horrible looking nails. She also cut me because she couldn't slow down and take the time to do it right. Then she complained when I didn't have cash for services and the tip. It cost $85.00 and they were so bad I had to soak off in acetone after just a week. Needless to say I'm not going back for another round of that. Don't waste your time or money.

My nails always look great after I leave there. You can tell they take pride in their work and it shows.

Charge for a basic pedi went up to 35. Don’t go to their website it’s nonexistent and you will get hacked. Color selection of polish is dated and polish is thinned out.

My pedicure was excellent but my manicure by Heidi was even better!
Stylist: Heidi was very attentive to applying polish right up to the edge of nail on the sides and the bottom of the nail. She buffed and filed and fine tuned along the way. I think she is more meticulous than most. She was attentive to a nail that I broke into the quick advising to not put an extension on for the health of my nail.

They cannot accept or handle walk-ins. They have turned me away several times.

We went to this place during our visit to the Phoenix area... Juneteenth weekend is a time for reflection, celebration, and honoring the journey towards freedom and equality. As we approach the Juneteenth Holiday It would seem inconceivable that one could still experience overt and covert racism and racial profiling at a business you simply wish to patronize, yet this morning an unexpected incident unfolded that definitively highlighted the ongoing challenges of racial bias. This morning, in between meetings, we ventured into Fountain Springs for Breakfast and what we thought would be a quick visit to a local nail shop for a pedicure and nail repair for me. We walked into Deluxe Nails and Spa" located at 16650 E Palisades Blvd, Suite 102 in Fountain Hills, AZ fully expecting to receive the services we desired. Upon walking into the establishment at 9:02am, we were abruptly met by a rude female proprietor who asked us what we needed. When we stated the services we desired we were told that there were no appointments available until the very end of the day. It should be noted that at the time of our visit there were a number of open seats available and as the proprietor purportedly checked the appointment book I couldn't help but notice that the pages were decidedly blank. we left without further interaction. I made note of the phone number to the establishment and called from the car disguising my voice and to my surprise I was told that I could be seen at 11am or 12 noon. I selected 12noon. Moments later I called back to confirm that my appointment time was indeed for 12 noon. After this call, I called another nail establishment that is obviously affiliated with Deluxe Nails and Spa and stated my service needs in my natural voice and described my husband's service and mine. The person on the other end of the line laughed and advised me that there were no appointments available today. The nature of this experience was beyond horrific. I've never been treated more rude and disrespectful. Our experience was a stark reminder that discrimination, though often subtle and insidious, still pervades everyday life. It was a moment that underscored the necessity of continued vigilance and advocacy for racial equality. This should be a call to action for businesses and individuals alike to recognize and dismantle biases, ensuring that equality is not just a principle but a practiced reality. At first, I was just going to let it go, without saying anything, but I thought about my husband who fought for this Country and continues every day by ensuring his staff protects ALL people...and he did was come with me to get a pedicure This business needs a whole revamp!

The ladies were wonderful. Our dear friend talked me into a pedicure. First one in my 61 years of life. 30 years of combat boot feet, and the ladies treated me very well.
They also did a tribute to my recently passed wife. I can't thank our friend or them enough.
