Asked for an appointment through the website. No response after a week. Called to schedule an appointment. Was told someone would call back in 24 hrs. Days go by. Please stop offering to help people when you don’t even respond to them. People who need help don’t need this experience.

If I could give a zero I would. You call the office you will be set up with an appointment with Dr Mirza but you have to go to Laughlin Nevada . This is because his license has been suspended in Arizona. Also as my husband went in as a patient who just come out of cardiac surgery this doctor never listened to his heart never took his blood pressure never found out his heart rate if he would have my husband would not be laying in ICU right now. If he had done his due diligence just in care of my husband then he would have heard that there was fluid on my husband's lung suggesting that he had congestive heart failure and also had pneumonia this doctor did none of that none of it in fact my husband came out of his cardiac surgery he saw him two times two times since December 12th all within a one week. And has done nothing else for my husband nothing do not do not go to this doctor he is also had complaints in Nevada and he had his license suspended in California

Dr Mirza is a great cardiologist. I've worked with him as a nurse and he truly cares for his patients and has a good heart. His patients always had great outcomes. Very smart physician. He gave my dad his cardiology clearance for a major surgery he is about to have and his efficacy in completing his work in a timely manner has really made the progress towards completing his very important surgery in a timely manner. Tysm Dr Mirza and his team !!!

Horrible…I’m in Fort Mohave I went to Vista Health clinic here but they called in my prescriptions to Bullhead Safeway Not Fort Mohave Safeway… then a week later made another appointment for follow up on my wound. So I called Vista in Fort Mohave they made me an appointment for the very next day but when I got there no one was there. I waited outside for 15 minutes in this heat then I left. Tried to call no one would answer I left many messages for someone to please call me no response. 2 days later finally got ahold of someone and again made an appointment for the following Monday. I went in they said I needed more antibiotics I said please call it into Fort Mohave Safeway…. And once again 4 days later I can’t get a hold of them and nope the pharmacy still has no such order for me. The pharmacy even said they put in a refill message to the hem for me and still no answer. Unbelievable!!!

This is more about the staff than the doctors, though they are included to a degree. I used to go to this clinic when it was the combined cardiology/internal/urology/and neurology. For me, and my seizures that covered what I needed, Dr. Bennett wasn't the greatest but he wasn't trying to mess with my meds like Nayer either. When Dr Bennett was no longer there (heard he passed) Dr. Mirza offered to take over my neurology stuff. As a fill in that was cool for the meantime. I went along and Mirza was good on refilling my seizure stuff, albeit I had to go in Every month. I finally got a neurologist and started getting my stuff through there. Fast forward... I'm in the middle of appt's with switching neurologists, so I called Mirza's office for a "bridge" of my seizure pills. They offered to fill my regular, sure, but I needed my Sleep (ultra important for epilepsy) I called 12/14 and was told 12/16 at 2pm and anxiety/stress (also bad for seizures) both controls. The girl/woman I had talked to pulled up my profile, obviously saw it completely and verified date and time with me a second time. Now, I've worked in pharmacy 20 years, I do the footwork that THEY prescribe. She totally saw my background, diagnosis, and reasons for visiting. At least ONE of three. I show up today. They didn't have any notation of my appt. They told me that Dr Mirza No longer takes my insurance (health choice). They tell me that Dr Mirza is no longer doing neurology as a side. They further tell me that they "no longer have the authority to prescribe controls" BS. This Totally could've been avoided with someone looking into things. Once I got there, I was 'tried' to be pulled aside to be told this and That if they were to prescribe me controls that the Pharmacy would look at it strangely. I asked if he'd looked at my profile for occupation. I told him, and he said "OH' and then tried to jibber jabber out of it. Everything that these people did, at least the front office, was handled HORRIBLY. As a medical professional, you don't promise ANything unless you've checked P's and Q's which they Obviously didn't. Wasted 4 hrs of my day, and their time, looking stupid here on google. And yes, You CAN prescribe controls, I answer to the SAME DEA, they come after US because we dispense the Rx's.

DON'T DO IT! dont go there! This Dr's. Office is RIDICULOUS to say the least and incompetent and negligent to say the worst. Causing patients not to receive proper medical care and worsening their current health conditions. The staff there is grossly incompetent, neglecting basic paperwork such as referrals, that patients need to move forward with their health care but playing the blame game when called out on their lack of work. Trying to get them to do anything is like pulling teeth and if you dont constantly hound them nothing gets done and what you need gets swept under the rug and forgotten. An example of this is when we had gone for a visit, on the way out we gave paperwork to the office manager Myra for a referral. She said she would take care of this. Clearly she didn't because going back about 2 weeks later it still wasn't done. Myra looked me in my eye and said she never got the paperwork. I said I had it here, I gave it to you before I left because it's not at my house. You have it. There was a tense moment and I asked her to look for it. She shuffled some papers and found exactly what I said I had given her. She didn't even offer an apology for her mistake. This type of thing continues to be a common practice for this office not only in fort Mohave but also in bullhead city. The staff doesn't know what their doing and are just there wasting time while patients are pulling their hair out trying to get the medical attention, medicine and equipment they need for basic everyday life. The difficulties I face with this office is on going and too numerous to count. I am currently in the middle of finding a new PCP office but its slim picking here in this medical community. if you choose to use this office dont say you weren't warned. Good luck!
