“Good, but they need better coordination with people enter when they have an appointment. My wife had an appointment for 10:15 am. Other people who came for later appointments were attended to before her. We both complained about her being ignored and the reason given was ridiculous. She waited almost 2 hours. I went and really got upset with them, told them to give me my records and my wife's records. She asked why and I repeated what had taken place and she said wait a minute. She got my wife right in and all she needed was new precription which took about about 5 minutes. The front desk people need retraining.“
