Arizona Flower Girl has always done a wonderful job when I have placed orders for my Mom who lives in Florence. I am not 100% sure, but I would imagine, like many floral shops, they are part of the fulfillment network that accepts, creates and delivers arrangements for local deliveries.
I actually placed an order for next day delivery, which the website indicated would not be a problem, and when I didn’t hear from my Mom (the recipient of the birthday flowers), I looked up the order number and called the service. I was told by a customer service representative that my order had been canceled, a full refund had been issued and due to the note they received from the fulfillment shop, this was due to a “supply chain” issue. No notification, no email, no nothing.
When I called Arizona Flower Girl to inquire about an order for “same day” delivery, again, a service that said it was available on their website, my call was answered by a person who, after explaining what happened, seemed familiar with my order and then began to explain to me how it was “wedding season’” and that she was “actually standing in the middle of a wedding set up” and that she “didn’t have time to anything else.” As the former owner of a bakery who specialized in custom wedding cakes, I realize that wedding season is hectic and that there doesn’t seem to be enough time to get everything done that everyone is asking of you, but there is way to explain that without being rude and nasty.
Wish them the best with the end of the season and will definitely find another source for flowers as the last thing that I want to do is annoying a small business with my money.

I can not say enough good things about this florist. I called yesterday to place an emergency order for my mom who sadly had her dog pass away that day. They not only were able to deliver the flowers the next day but recommended a beautiful rock that said “you left paw prints on our hearts”. My mom cried and so did the delivery person with my mom. It meant the world to me being states away from my mom and not being able to be there in person to comfort her.
Can not thank you enough for helping her through this hard time. I will absolutely be ordering with you in the future.

I highly recommend AZ flower girl. I ordered flowers for my daughter’s 16th birthday from another company and the day off they canceled on me. I do not live in Florence. I live an hour in a half away. I was so upset my daughter wouldn’t get her flowers on her special day. I reached out to Megan the owner. She got back to be super fast. She was closed that day, but she helped me out anyways. She has great prices and went above and beyond for me and my daughter. I appreciate her so much.
