Best massage of my life, and I've had a lot of massages. I just bicycled from San Francisco to Flagstaff, and so my body is pretty wrecked. Carmen put me back together again with the most thoughful and helpful bodywork I've ever received, all in her beautifully appointed studio. She asked all the right questions and applied all the right pressure in all the right places. She also played the most relaxing music, applied the nicest oils and stones, and generally helped me melt into the table. She then sent me back to my hotel with Epsom salts for a good soak. I wish I could take Carmen with me for the rest of my bicycle tour. If you are in Flagstaff, don't pass up the opportunity to have this maestra work on you!

Had a wonderful experience for a massage here! The staff, Destiny & Karmen, were kind, and the massage helped so much with our sore muscles after a week of hiking! Best massage I’ve had. Would highly recommend!!

This is my second time to this business. My first time was good with a staff massage therapist. My second time I had the owner. she seemed very nice, and I feel bad writing this review, but I feel I must warn people. I saw the prices on her website and they looked reasonable and I booked a 90 minute massage. when I came in, she asked me what type of massage I wanted and I said I wanted to relax but that she could do a little bit of deep pressure here and there if she wanted to. she said OK so a Swedish Massage. I said yes. she did some extra things in the massage but I didn't question it until I was charged $180 for a 90 minute massage. I was surprised, but I didn't want to question that at the moment it was awkward and I also tipped 20%. Later that day, I thought gosh that seemed really expensive so I went onto her website and noticed that my charge was very high compared to what she was quoting online. I texted her the next day to ask about it, and she told me that she gave me a craniosacral massage, as well as deep tissue and extra footwork. I texted her back and said I did not realize that I had agreed to that type of massage and also that my back was hurting quite a bit from some twisting motions that she did in the massage. She offered for me to come back so she could do some decompression on me but I don't want to. I told her that I was having a hard time even getting in and out of my car and then she said that it's normal to feel sore after a massage and I should drink water. She did not act concerned about me being injured, as well as was not very mindful of me pointing out that I was charged so much without having asked for all of those different things. In addition, the facility is very basic and not at all worth that much money. I would not have written this review, but I did not feel like she handled it very well when I responded after the massage and as a business owner, I would've expected something else like more concern or an apology. I will not be back. I should have asked how much ahead of time, but overall a bad experience.

DO IT! Good vibes from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. My partner and I were traveling through the area and booked a couple’s massage after combing through reviews of several different spas in the area. Carmen and Khalif gave us both deep tissue massages and we walked out feeling so relaxed and rejuvenated after traveling for two weeks straight. They were punctual, clean, professional, personable, and even educated us both a little throughout and after our massages about what and why they were performing certain movements during the massage. After we were done, they provided recommendations on nearby restaurants as well. wish I could bring them home with me, but I have this business saved and will absolutely be back to visit if I find myself in Flagstaff again.

Amazing experience. Clean, professional, convenient and relaxing environment. The massage was a complete reset. I can’t speak more highly of the it. I would definitely recommend to anyone who deals with sciatica or chronic back pain.

the staff was phenomenal. they were very receptive and understanding. the massage itself was so nice after going snowboarding and falling over countless times. they worked all my problem areas and left me feeling loose and rejuvenated. i could not recommend an establishment more if you wanted a really nice massage with very serene ambience
