My wedding dress was 2 sizes too big and after alterations the dress fit like a glove and was absolutely perfect. I couldn’t be happier with the results ! Jennifer was incredibly accommodating with my schedule and made sure the alterations were completed right on time. Her attention to detail and professionalism made the entire process seamless. This was such a great first tailoring experience! I needed a bridesmaid dress hemmed. Jennifer was very welcoming, friendly and professional during the "fitting". When scheduling conflicts came up for the dress pickup time, she was incredibly flexible and responsive (which I'm so grateful for because I ended up with only a few hours between picking up the dress and leaving for the wedding, through no fault of Jennifer's!). Overall, would highly recommend!

Jen was delightful to meet and work with, also with Flagstaff being so devoid of really anybody else doing this kind of work, she was a lifesaver for my wedding suit. Extremely kind and understanding, and very flexible with my situation. I'm absolutely going to her again for any clothes I need fixed going forward, and I can't recommend her enough!
