We were up in Flagstaff camping when my son’s glasses got stepped on. They were nearly entirely flattened, with the arms sticking straight out. We drove to the Target Optical in Flagstaff, and Atalie there was amazing. She was able to find the same glasses in their inventory and switch out the lenses while we stood there. (The best part was that it was covered for free, because we were still within the 90-day window from when we purchased them! Had we needed to use the warranty instead, it only would have been $25.) I was in Flagstaff for a brief work trip, was going to put on my sunglasses, and discovered the screw had fallen out of one of the arms. I went to Target for a glasses repair kit, and going to Target Optical (which I didn't know was a thing), I was greeted by Atalie. She replaced the screw in my sunglasses and checked my normal glasses for any damage to those screws, all free of charge! She was friendly, professional, and we had a fun chat while she worked. Could not recommend enough!!
Staff is so friendly and very helpful. Gloria has helped me many times with appointments and with adjustments she is fantastic. The doctor is also very helpful and caring about your needs. Thank you so much to the staff for your hard work
