Royal Plumbing has helped me twice in the last two months. They have shown up to repair the problem within minutes of my call. The first time was on a Sunday (try to get anyone else to show up on a Sunday). The second time was to replace a pressure reducing valve. The temperature was in the 30s and they had to dig in the mud shoveling with a trowel by hand to get to the valve. The project took Kenji and Reng about an hour and a half to complete the job. They were animals, I've never seen anyone work that fast.

These guys are amazing! We've had them come to our home and our business, and every time it's great experience. Most of the time they even make it out to us the same day. Our last 2 experiences have been with Kenji, and he's awesome! He's professional, kind, and knowledgeable. The last issue we had, we called, and within 45 minutes Kenji was at our door. While service that quick is going to be a rarity, the fact that I called at 10am, and by noon our problem was resolved is just unheard of in the world of plumbing issues.
