I’ve done a lot of physical therapy over the years, and I’d improve some, but always hit a plateau. Not so with Proof! I came in unable to hold my head up and not only did I improve DRASTICALLY within even just the first week, but after a month, we were able to shift focus to other areas without having to do a whole other evaluation as other places often do. I would recommend Proof PT to anyone. All the staff are wonderful and accommodating (I drive in to see them from out of town) and they’re just really wonderful.

Jordan and the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. They don’t take themselves too seriously which is nice. They focused on getting me better and back to work after back fusion instead of just doing the “prescribed “ exercises
