“BDPEC is a pretty well-oiled machine. The place is enormous and they have many different stops on your way to your appointment. Or if, like me, you have a lot of different parts to your appointment, you will be shuttled from place to place to wait. It's a bit overwhelming, but everyone was very nice and very professional. They explained what they were doing and were very kind with my questions. The doctor spoke like one of those speeded up ads on TV, where they are telling you the side effects of the medication, so it's worth it to just gently but firmly ask anyone like that to slow down and start over! All said, good care and I would recommend.“
