This is a fantastic studio with many classes on the schedule, a little something for everyone! The owner Melissa is very sweet and has created a welcoming community space for anyone looking to practice asana and beyond with recurring sound baths, ecstatic dance, meditation, herbalism, etc.
I am much healthier, happier, and stronger after doing yoga for 30 months. At 60 years old, I am in much better health than I was in my 40s. I have enjoyed many of the different instructors and the room is large and cozy and everyone' is exceptionally friendly.
This studio has my heart.
I was so pleased to have found NAYC while on a trip passing through Flagstaff after the Grand Canyon. I was craving some solid yoga — and I most certainly found it here!
A warm welcoming environment with skilled practitioners, and a great 2 week trial deal too :)
This would totally be my go-to studio if I lived in town.
Plus, for those who don’t love hot yoga (like meee 👋) this studio was perfectly, comfortably warm — but not hot! Just what I was looking for :) thank you for having me!
