Overall, patients appreciate the convenience and supportive atmosphere, despite some negative reviews from others.
I've never had any problems with this place. I have been seen for rapid covid testing and muscle spasms, which I was prescribed medicine. I dont know why there are so many negative reviews.
I have had a really bad experience in the past with another office back home and I was really nervous to go here because of the bad reviews but it is the most convenient for me. Everyone here was really kind: the front desk people, the lab people, the phlebotomist, the medical assistant, and the doctor. My doctor was Crowder and she was so nice! As someone who is a college student and new to the adult world with doctors appointments etc. (and has anxiety scheduling on the phone) I felt extremely comfortable here. AMAZING!
The health care providers are amazing here. I've gotten help for everything from pulled/sprained arms, chest problems, flu shots, and even got a diagnosis for my chronic condition, something that dozens of doctors in the past have overlooked on me. I also recently started going to therapy here and everyone that got me started on the process was super nice and helpful, even when I started crying doing my intake form. The reception staff are less than helpful, but an easy way to avoid any miscommunication is to just go to the self-service kiosks, so no harm no foul there.
