So very thankful to find this wonderful practice! Retirement and a recent move to Flagstaff put me in the market for a new dermatologist. I was so fortunate to get in to see Dr. Gray! She’s so amazing! Very kind and compassionate and I feel so confident in her care. So far, NADC is one of my “best finds” since making the move to the High Country!

This center is way better than cottonwoods branch. The Docs here are way more professional. And dont talk about your health concern with a group of who knows outside your waiting room. And never made me feel embarrassed. I will continue to make the drive for now on. Thank you for being more caring and understanding.of course its been years since i was here. So lets hope they are still worth the drive.

Called and had to listen to a lengthy and SLOW recording before getting to the scheduling option.
When I received live receptionist, I was immediately put on “hold” without a greeting. After 10 minutes on hold without any update, I hung up. I figured it was a busy time of the day. I called back later that day. Same thing happened. So I called again, a third time and left a voice message with the scheduling department to return my call but waited three days still no return phone call. Then I had a déjàvu moment and I recall about a year ago, I had a similar situation and as I think of it, the doctor entered the room, he was there maybe five minutes and there were several other spots on my skin that were not cancer but I requested the dermatologist look at them And I asked what they were and if they could be treated. the dermatologist did not have any answers or solution. My time is valuable and this office is convenient in Flagstaff but now I’m driving further away but found a great dermatologist office.

I Remind myself, For any college graduate, to get a degree in anything in the United States they only need 70% to pass, that means 30% of the time they’re going to fail be wrong. YIKES!!!
Thanks to AI this last year, I thoroughly research just about everything I do before I go to a so-called professional.

Do not come here unless you want unreliable, indecisive, uneducated, insecure, and unreasonable help. PA Ryan Wood stated not once but twice from the times I went (within a week) that he'd send my order to the pharmacy immediately. Only to realize he never submitted it. Might i add i've been calling all day being left on voicemail just to remind him to submit it. Also, wherever the MA's got their certifications, must've been online because they're actually a disservice. Anyways, Dr. O'neil is lit tho

Please save your time and money. She rushes you out before your seat is even warm. When you voice a concern about the prescribed medication, she simply replies, “There’s no other option,” with her hand already on the door handle—then giggles, as if she just ran a fast one on you.

The best part of my appointment was arriving 30 minutes early, as instructed by the office, only for her to stroll in 10 minutes late to my scheduled time—for what turned out to be a five-minute appointment. She then performed an “exam” from across the room, repeated that there were no other options, giggled again, and walked out to her next patient.

Dr. Dale needs a reality check. He’s there to serve patients, not belittle them and be degrading. Only a small and insecure person treats others that way. Leave your personal issues at the door and do your job with a smile on your face. Been a patient here for the last 3 years and can happily say I will never be back. Take my advice, see anyone but this pathetic man.

Made an appt for 11:30. After setting in room till 12:05, waiting on PA Ryan I left. That is unacceptable patient care! Not one person there gave a damn that I sat for 35 minutes in a room waiting. I arrived 15 minutes early, not wanting to be late. My second visit there, there won't be a third!! No professionalism!!
