“I like the Taylor House when my wife is at FMC for surgery. Had a little mix up on 8-11-25. I was told they had room for that night, but when I got there, they said they were all full. I got a room in town, then started thinking about the situation, and realized when I got to the Taylor House, I didn't tell them who I was. They had a room for me but I dropped the ball. The only thing I would recommend, is a quieter place for the staff to answer the phones. When I called the Wednesday before, there was a lot of background noise of a child crying, people talking etc. Other than that, it's perfect! I apologize to the staff for dropping the ball on my part last week(8/11/25)“

“The nurses, doctors, and other staff that work here are PRICELESS. Calm, collected, but aggressive whenever there’s a problem. Extremely kind, lovely people in a good facility.

I took off a star because the facility has an incredibly anti-family policy of not allowing visitors under the age of 5. This is asinine and absolutely insulting to families with, duh, children.“
